It is an excellent cleaner though neutral in pH to avoid dulling high gloss floors. Qualified for hospital. Effective against a wide range of gram negative and gram positive bacteria including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and is EPA registered to kill AIDS virus. Dilution: 1:62.
